| The Code covers actual and prospective individual and small business customers, including guarantors, of the banks that have adopted the Code. |

| A small business is a business that has less than 100 full time or equivalent people if it manufactures goods, and less than 20 full time or equivalent people for any other type of business. |

| You can ask your bank if it has adopted the Code. If it has, the Code should be available in the bank’s branches and on the bank’s website. |

| This website publishes a list of banks that have adopted the Code. Our list is updated regularly, however there may occasionally be a slight delay between a bank’s adoption of the Code and notification to the CCMC. |
